성인 여성학습자의 평생학습 참여동기가학습몰입과 학습성취도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the effects of female adult learners' motivation to participate in lifelong education on learning flow and academic achievement. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 478 adult women who are participating in the lifelong education program at 10 universities in Seoul through November 11 to November 20, 2013. The questionnaires composed of 4 fields were analyzed through a descriptive statistical analysis and a structural equation. The results were as follows: First, their participation motivation(learning orientation, goal orientation and activity orientation) had an effect on their cognitive learning flow. Second, their participation motivation(learning orientation, goal orientation and activity orientation) had an effect on their affective learning flow. Third, their participation motivation(learning orientation, goal orientation) had an effect on their academic achievement. Forth, their learning flow(affective learning flow) had an effect on their academic achievement. Consequently, their high motivation for learning-, goal- and activity-oriented participation in lifelong education will promote cognitive learning flow and affective learning flow, improving their academic achievement.
