The Influences of Control on Conflict, Relation Satisfaction, and Re-contract Intention in Franchisees

This study was conducted structural relationship that relation satisfaction or conflict in franchisee is caused by control of franchisor , that is process control and social control, have effect on re-contract intention .As a research method, positive research of survey 300 businesses with franchise system was taken. The results of these analyses were us follows:First, the relationship with process control and relation satisfaction and process control and conflict have a significant effect.First, there are significant effect between process control and relation satisfaction, it also shows that process control have an effect on conflict. Second, that social control and conflict have effect on relation satisfaction is resultin. so it is supported hypothesis.Third, the relationship between conflict and relation satisfaction also have influence.Fourth, the hypothesis of relationship with relation satisfaction and re-contract intension was also supported. It shows that the more relation satisfaction is high, the much more re-contract intension increases. Franchisor should respond flexibly according to business environment and customer's desire. And when confidence towards franchisor and its relationship satisfaction as a business partner crystallize, re-contract intension increases.
