중소기업 경영전략과 전략적 성과측정치의 관련성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중소기업을 대상으로 전략과 전략적 성과측정치의 관련성이 경영성과의 개선을 가져 올 수 있는지를 검증하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 차별화전략은 재무, 고객, 내부, 학습관점의 성과측정치의 사용정도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 원가우위전략의 경우 내부관점 성과측정치의 사용정도에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 차별화전략과 전략적 성과측정치간의 상호작용이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에서는 통계적인 유의성이 나타나지 않았으며, 원가우위전략과 재무관점 성과측정치와 고객관점 성과측정치의 상호작용은 경영성과에 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 내부관점 성과측정치와 학습관점 성과측정치의 상호작용은 통계적 유의성이 나타나지 않았다. 결과적으로 중소기업의 전략은 전략적 성과측정치의 사용정도에 영향을 미치지만 이들의 상호작용이 경영성과에 영향을 미치기 위해서는 명확한 전략의 수립과 이에 적합한 성과측정치의 수립이 선행되어야할 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구는 설문연구가 가지는 자기편의의 문제와 특정지역과 업종에 치우쳐 있다는 한계점이 있다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 지역과 업종을 대상으로 하여 연구의 표본을 넓히거나 혹은 성과측정치의 동질성을 위해서 특정업종에 한정하여 연구하는 것도 의미가 있을 것으로 생각된다. 이러한 한계점에도 불구하고 전략과 전략적 성과측정치의 관련연구를 중소기업을 대상으로 수행하였다는 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to whether strategy types are makes a significant influence on strategical performance indicators and whether the interaction between strategy types and strategical performance indicators makes a significant influence on the management performance. The results of this study indicate that strategy types are effect partially presented on the strategical performance indicators. And, the interaction of strategy types and strategical performance indicators are not effect on the firm’s performances. This study used cross－sectional analysis by questionnaires. Variables were evaluated using self－reported perceptions and performance measures are included in this study, but some critical performance measures might be excluded. So, future studies are required more refined methodology by considered this study’s limitations.
