기업의 지속가능경영이 주민의 지역발전 및 동반성장 인식에 미친 영향 연구

The sustainable management of companies is realized by performing their economic, environmental, and social responsibility. This study analyzed the effects of sustainable management to the win-win growth between corporation and region. The results of the analysis showed that local residents perceived the economic role as having the highest level of influence on the win-win growth, followed by the social role and the environment role. This study analyzed the route via which the three elements of sustainable management influenced local residents' perception of regional development, which is an intervening variable, and their perception of win-win growth which is a dependent variable. As a result, the economic and social roles were found to be statistically significant, whereas the environmental role was not statistically significant. Consequently, the economic and social roles of companies are important in sustainable management, and these elements appear to influence local residents' cognition of regionaly development and win-win growth. These results are probably because the relativel environmental role could not be easily perceived on the level of local residents. However, given that the occurrence of environmental risks in domestic and overseas businesses has recently become a serious social problem, environmental responsibilities are an essential element for sustainable management. Therefore, companies are required to comply with environmental management, information disclosure, and environmental policies along with having a cooperative system regarding them.
