The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of convenience store franchiser's support services on franchisee's intention of multi-store operation, recontract and recommendation. Based on the characteristics of the previous studies and convenience store industry, this study classified support services of the convenience store franchiser to store development, investment support, training, logistical support, information systems and sales support. Academic implications of this study is that study has set franchisee's multi-store intention as one of the final dependent variable which previous studies did not studied before. And also existing studies mostly are mainly focused on dining and bakery franchise industries than convenience store.
