디자인 대학원 작품논문의 표절방지를 위한 연구윤리 교육 방안- 디자인 연구노트 활용을 중심으로 -

Unlike the public concerns about study ethics more than ever with many issues with plagiarism and/or forge thesis lately, it appears that there are scarcely schools which have the systematic study ethics education. Especially, ethics education policy on the basis of major attribute seems much insufficient. Thus, we researched about the study ethics teaching plan with the consideration of work thesis attribute of design graduate school. As a manner of research, first, we designed the teaching plan on the basis of consideration of the ideas, conditions of study ethics and the attributes of design graduate school then performed it to 10 students of design graduate school. We took qualitative case research with observation, material collection, interview with focused group. On the basis of this research result, we revised and redeemed this study ethics teaching plan. In the result of this research, the causes of plagiarism issue on the process of work thesis for design graduate school were found out as the individuality of theme selection, preparing work on the basis of online research and the lack of heuristic understanding for quotation. Practical use of design research note seems efficient to prevent and verify the plagiarism as it helps to visual check the image data base; the source of work idea development. Additionally, further study of quotation practice note development is necessary to overcome the lack of heuristic understanding for quotation issue.
