학부과정에서의 디자인 스타트업(Start Up) 창업교육 프로그램 모델 제안 연구

현재 국내의 경제는 고용 없는 성장을 기록하고 있으며, 이는 청년실업이라는 사회적 문제를 야기하고 있다. 그 결과 정부에서는 문제해결을 위해서 청년창업 활성화를 국정과제로 내세웠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 디자인 분야에서 필요한 창업교육과정개발모형 제시를 목표로 3단계의 과정을 거쳐 진행하였다. 1단계는 문헌연구 방법(literature research)을 통해 관련 이론적 배경과 교육사례를 조사하였다. 사례조사결과 이들 교육은 기본적인 이론 교육 실시, 전문가 특강 및 1:1 멘토링 교육 실시, 창업 체험교육 실시의 특징을 가지고 있었다. 2단계에서는 전문가 그룹인터뷰(FGI)를 통해 설문조사 및 교육과정개발에 필요한 요소 8가지를 추출하였으며, 이를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통해서 학부과정에서의 창업교육의 필요성과 전문가인터뷰를 통해 나온 창업교육요소 8가지를 검증하였고, 이 8가지 요소 외의 학생들의 원하는 교육요소와 교육기간에 대한 의견을 모을 수 있었다. 3단계에서는 이들을 바탕으로 디자인 스타트업 창업교육 프로그램 모델을 제안하였다. 이 모델은 전문가인터뷰(FGI)를 통해 추출한 8가지 교육요소와 사례조사 및 설문조사에서 추출한 요소를 합쳐서 총 5단계로 구성이 되었다. 본 연구의 결과인 디자인 스타트업 교육과정은 수요자의 요구사항에 맞춘 수요자 중심모델이고, 다른 교육과정에서 잘 다루지 않았던 교육과목을 추가한 것이 특징이다. 이러한 특징은 창업경험이 있는 전문가들이 선정하였기 때문에 기대효과가 크다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 디자인 스타트업 창업과 관련된 연구와 디자인 창업 생태계 구축과 같은 교육과정에 대한 디자인 교육계와 산업계의 다양한 시도와 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지기를 기대한다.
Abstract
Currently, the domestic economy has recorded a growth without employment. This has caused a social problem of youth unemployment, the government is promoting the establishment youth activation. Therefore, in this study, we progress through the process of three stages with the aim of founding course development required in the field of design. As the method of literature research, step 1 was to investigate the case of education and theoretical background. Results of case studies, these had three features. (Crash course of professional and 1:1 mentor course, the founding experience education implementation of theory basic education, one short-term intensive course specialist) In two stages, we conducted the focus group interview, was extracted from eight of the elements necessary for the development of curriculum. And researcher was utilized in this survey. The researchers asked the need for entrepreneurship education in undergraduate research. And was verified the eight founding education elements came out through interviews with experts. Also, it is possible to collect the opinion of education and duration desired component of education students other than the elements 8 through a questionnaire survey. In step 3, we have proposed a design startup founded education program model based on the contents of the previous. This model set was in five stages. In this paper, I have proposed a consumer-centric model of education courses that are differentiated has been added. I expect that the construction of the design establishment ecosystem design and start-up founded research through the study of these, education is carried out continuously.
