프랜차이즈 유아체육시설 선택요인이 만족요인에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to propose basic data for the development of early childhood sports institutes and provide information to give assistance to parents of students in choosing good early childhood sports institutes for preschoolers by examining the factors of selection and satisfaction of franchise early childhood sports institutes and searching what selection factors influence the satisfaction factors. In choosing early childhood sports institutes by parents of students, a main cause that has significant effect on satisfaction of going to the institutes was the selection factor of commuting to the institutes. In selecting early childhood sports institutes by parents of students, a main cause to influence the satisfaction of education programs was represented to be the factor of leader selection. On the other hand, in choosing early childhood sports institutes for preschoolers by parents of students, main causes that have influence on the satisfaction of facilities and environment were presented to be the selection factors of facilities, environment, and leaders. Among them, the most influencing factor was the leader selection factor. In addition, in selecting early childhood sports institutes by parents of students, the main factor to have significant effect on leader satisfaction was the leader selection factor.
