중국전통문화에 입각한 기업의 사회적 책임 사례연구: 중국 쑤저우 굿아크 (Good-Ark)사의 사례를 중심으로

This study examined the corporate social responsibility of Good-Ark based in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province of China. Based on the main theoretical framework, "value-balance-accountability model" this paper illustrated Good-Ark's corporate social responsibility practice based on Chinese traditional culture through the explanation and analysis of how the company manages and develops human resources in line with the company's corporate social responsibility practices. In addition, this research presented an importance of emphasizing humanistic education and implanting moral values in employee training and education of traditional cultures. Encompassing three key details of the "value-balance-accountability model", Good-Ark's eight modules explained, analysed and presented the company's efforts in their commitment to provide proper social role of companies. Good-Ark's Happy Company Campaign, which is based on the Chinese traditional culture, stressed the importance of Honesty, Accountability, Politeness, Paternalism and You-ism in incorporating Corporate Social Responsibility.
