In this study, The legal provisions of the Juvenile Act and Act on the preventionof and countermeasures against violence in schools("School Violence PreventionAct"), central part of the five kinds of common were studied. Discussion is as follows. First, The law’s application Object of the School Violence Prevention Act andJuvenile Act have a complementary relationship. Second, The target of school violenceprevention Act more comprehensive than the Juvenile Act’s, so It complements juvenileAct’s prevented. Third, Considering that a majority of school violence autonomycommittee members when parents, Legal supplement is needed about provision of secretleakage prohibition. Fourth, When compared with the Juvenile Act, autonomy committeeand regional council’s Legal expertise and neutrality enemy is not guaranteed. Socommittee member ‘s complementary expertise is needed for improving the law. Finally,on the Prevention of School Violence Act, offending student’s disposal is written on liferecord. but on the Juvenile Act, offending student’s disposal is not listed on liferecord. therefore in this regard, Legal basis should be clearly presented. This study, the relevant legal provisions in a comparative analysis of the twomethods was investigated neunde the significance of the legal issues. Forward, throughreal-world examples and case law, careful analysis is required.
