사이버공간의 사회학적/심리학적 특징과 개인적 요인 측면에서 본 정보화 역기능의 고찰

with media replaces face-to-face interaction in cyberspace. Peoplecan do freely things impossible in reality because of various constraintsand norms. This sense of freedom brings disinhibitionand thus ethical problems like information dysfunction in cyberspacehave arisen. Information dysfunction can be caused byvarious factors such as characteristics of the cyber space, personaltendency, and social influence. This study examines the causeof Information dysfunction in the aspect of sociological and psychologicalcharacteristics of cyberspace. In addition, personalfactors such as personal tendency, environmental characteristicsand personal motivation are also considered for cause analysisof information dysfunction. Based on these factors, this studydiscusses ways to deal with information dysfunction.
