영업비밀 유출에 따른 보안관리체계의 차이: 중소기업 기술보호를 중심으로

The purpose of present study is to analyse differences of small enterprise’ industrial security management system in relation to the trade secrets. The study provided three key findings for successful security management. First, companies which had the leaking of trade secrets before are more likely to have a strong security system than others. Second, there are some different points in terms of “Protection Act of Trade Secrete” between companies which had experiences of leaking of trade secrets. There are significant points between budget for trade secrets and its leaking. The companies which trade secrets were stolen had low levels of budgets. Finally, there are important differences of human recourse security regard leaking of trade secrets. Companies which had the leaking of trade secrets are more likely to be involved in some courses for trade secrets such as a security protocol, pledge of secret maintain including an employee training than others. The paper based on the present analysis highlights four key points for policies. Firstly, before issues of trade secrets occur, the perception of “Protection Act of Trade Secrete” need to be consolidated. Secondly, a company had an experience of leaking need to more budgets for its protections. Besides, if not, the government need to take care of this problem. Lastly, government need also to provide some sources such as an education, consulting, development of human resource for successful industrial security management system.
