고 가산(岢山) 최수부(崔秀夫)회장의 창업정신: 가산의 인간성경영과 숙원사업(宿願事業)

본 논문에서는 고 가산(岢山) 최수부 회장이 무에서 유를 창조한 창업정신에 대한 연구의 일환으로 인간성 경영이 숙원사업을 이루게 한 자료들을 분석연구 한다. 가산은 12살의 소년 가장이되어 가사를 돌보아 24살에 한약판매회사에 입사하여 뜻한 바 있어 27살에 소규모의 제약사를 설립하고, 50년간 한국 제약업계에 10위권 내로 발전시킨 창업주로서 79세에 심장마비로 작고한 그 날까지 근무한 불굴의 기업가이다. 그의 꿈은 우리나라 전통의약을 과학화하여 대중의약으로 발전시켜 국민 건강에 기여하고 세계시장을 석권하는 것이 그의 숙원사업이었다. 그는 꾸준한 면학, 한약의 과학화를 위한 연구소설립과 관련학회에 대한 적극지원 등으로 한약개발에 경주하여 많은 의약품을 개발하고, 한약의 우수성을 대중광고를 통해 대중화에 성공하여 한국 제약업계 10위권 내의 매출을 올리고 세계시장석권의 기반을 마련하게 되었다. 그는 한약을 세계시장에 진출을 위한 일본과 중국시장의 진출에 성공하여 현재 EU, 러시아 등 50개국에 진출하고 있다.
Abstract
This research studies the late GASAN Choi Soo Boo’s foundation spirit and requisites of his success. He dropped out of elementary school in 4th grade and grew up as a childpatriarch. Then, he joined a medicine in 27 years old, he established his own pharmaceutical company, then he fostered the company to the Korean 10 largest pharmaceutical company for 50 years. He passed away by heart attack in 79 years old as a great man. He dreamed that he combine Korean traditional medicine and mordern science, and has world wide market. He invested his everything for scientification of Korean traditional medicines and developed many new products. He established R&D center, contributed many related studies, and many pubilc advertisement to let more people know about his products. Then he made Kwang Dong Pharm to 10 largest pharmaceutical company and built a solid foundation to the world market. He entered Japanese market, which had medical insurance for oriental medicines and Chinese market which was the biggest in the world. With such foundations, Kwang Dong Pharm is about to enter around 50 countries including EU, USA, Russia. This researcher finds and reports about his successes and the requisites.
