Response to Crimes of Terrorism : from the Perspective of Criminal Law and Criminal Policy

If we define "hate crime" as a type of crime motivated by hatred, the vast majority of crimes of terrorism are hate crimes. Crimes of terrorism driven by hatred seriously hurt the feelings among the people, cause individual, family and society, national tragedy and seriously endanger the security of mankind. As with other crimes, it’s unrealistic to eliminate hatred or eliminate crimes of terrorism. However, while adopting measures such as criminal law or criminal policies, we have to substantially reduce hatred and crimes of terrorism driven by hatred.
Abstract
