This Study is Applying to Private Rental Housing REITs in Projects for Upgrading Structures of IndustrialComplexs by Legal perspective. The results are ⅰ)Lease of land in the industrial complexs is available, ⅱ)The Reits is a real estate leasefor purposes may be Suitable tenants in industrial complexs, ⅲ)Private Reits is Suitable for qualification ofenforcement agents in Projects for Upgrading Structures of Industrial Complexs, ⅳ)We can construct aOne-Room house in the industrial Complexs, ⅴ)One-Room house in the industrial Complexs is subjectto the rent Housing Act, ⅵ) In the case of land lease rental housing is not a sale conversion has confirmedthat there is no obligation to purchase the land. Based on the analysis of private REITs is possible to supply the land lease rental housing in theindustrial complex.
