공간디자인에서 서비스디자인 방법의 효용성 연구 - 서비스디자인 프로세스를 적용한 아파트 디자인을 중심으로 -

Today's industries rapidly shift from manufacturing products to providing service as emerging experience economy. According to the generalization. of digital culture sharing experiences each other, the customer expectation level for experience has currently been dramatically increasing and more innovative service are required. As the scope of design has also enlarged from tangible to intangible, experiences and services, human’s sensitivity are involved in design. Like these change has adjusted to the public space and we can find innovated space design cases except apartment living various user. However, there is insufficient discussions for how to offer useful services well to the resident of apartment by design. Therefore, the proposal of the paper address the definition and importance of service design in field of space design. And through defining of the essential service design tools to create and innovative experience in the apartment residential space increasing role of service design. As a result of this study, the need for special process of service design wes found to be a key requirement in order to design tangible and intangible factors generally. Then, select a specific way and apply it to apartment design to verify the necessity.
