사회적 기업의 지속경영 가능성- 업종별 사례를 중심으로 -

Though Social Enterprise Promotion Act has been conducted for 7 years, but unlike the quantitative growth of the social enterprise has exposed the limitations in the possibility of the sustainable growth. So we sorted out 5 companies from companies in Danyang and Jecheon of the Chungcheongbuk-do and searched the potential longevity from the 5 companies related cleaning and agricultural trade. Concretely, we conducted a case study based on the factors that are customer orientation, hormesis, and the creativity and especially important leadership for the company in beginning state and the factors were discovered in the prior study. The followings are the facts discovered through this study. First, while cleaning companies have trouble in their labor intensive characteristics, limitations of regional demand and sustainable growth in the heated competition among them, the companies related with agricultural trade have been developing based on manager's creativity and job oriented leadership. So the sustainability of agricultural trade companies were turned out to be higher than that of the cleaning companies. Second, if the example companies grow long lived company, they need enhancing customer orientation and the effort for the hormesis enhancement of improving the organization's own thorough formal management systems and manuals. As a result, it was turned out that business education to increase the competence and professionalism of managers to be stable corporation management is urgently needed.
