프로구단의 윤리경영이 구단 자산요소를 통한 모기업 이미지 및 모기업 신뢰도에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 프로농구 관람자가 지각하는 프로구단의 윤리경영이 구단만족과 구단충성도, 그리고 기업이미지와 모기업신뢰도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 분석하고자 하였다. 자료 수집을 위해 2013-2014 남자프로농구 삼성썬더스와 SK나이츠 홈경기 관람자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료 중 435부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료처리를 위해 PASW 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 그리고 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 프로구단의 윤리경영은 구단만족도, 구단충성도, 그리고 모기업이미지에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구단만족도는 구단충성도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 반면에 모기업이미지에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 구단충성도는 모기업이미지에, 그리고 모기업이미지는 모기업신뢰도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of sport franchise's ethical management on its mother-company image and level of trust through sport franchise's property elements such as level of satisfaction and loyalty. The subjects were 435 home game spectators for Samsung Thunders and SK Knights during 2013~4 Men's Pro-Basketball League. Both Convenient Sampling and Self-Administration Methods were used to collect survey questionnaire. To see the results of the study, Structural Equation Model was designed and then causal relationships among 5 variables were calculated through AMOS 18 statistics program. As for the results, sport franchise's ethical management had significant relationships with level of satisfaction and loyalty for sport franchise, and its mother-company image. Next, the level of satisfaction had a significant relationship with the level of loyalty for sport franchise while it did not show any significant relationship with mother-company image. Finally, there were significant relationships between level of loyalty and mother-company image as well as between mother-company image and level of trust.
