북한의 토지법제와 토지이용제도에 관한 고찰

In this paper, in order to overcome the division of times so far, and to proceed to the unification era, it examined with respect to the land system and land usage relationships of the North Korea, in need of a comparative legal study of the land system of both systems. Since North Korea deny private ownership of the means of production under the socialist system of ownership, there has been a significant gap between the North and the South. But in North Korea, there are various changes in the legislation in accordance with reform and opening up. In this respect, depending on the situation in North Korea's rapidly changing, I think that an understanding the land system and the use of land particularly in the North is a significant work as a basis for setting the direction of the desired land system of post-reunification. Therefore, in order to achieve the effect of the practical and successful unification,It is necessary to eliminate the gap between the North and the South on the land system and land usage relations. Ultimately, through a discussion of the enactment of special laws for the reform of land system of North Korea, we should lay the groundwork for moving toward unification era to overcome the division period of the far.
