The purpose of this paper is to confirm that internal environmental management and external environmental management and environmental economic ripple factor as a sub-factors of environmental management factors are how it affects on environmental performance. also we tried to confirm that environmental management factors are how it affects on management performance. Finally, we tried to confirm that the environmental performance affects on the management performance. The results of the analysis are as follow. Capability of the internal environmental management factors and correspondence of internal resources, regulations of the external environment management factors and certification scheme, environmental management activities of competitors has been found to affect positive (+) effects on both internal and external of the environment. Environmental management activities of the competitors and the internal correspondence has been found to affect positive (+) on management achievements. Internal Environmental performance was shown to not have a significant effect on the management achievements, the external environment performance was found to affect positive (+). The findings of this study, in order to simultaneously improve management performance and environmental performance, the internal corporate, it is necessary to build the support system of the environmental problem, the external corporate, it was found that the close cooperation of competition companies and business with related to environmental issues.
