창업보육센터 매니저의 역량이 입주기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 지원서비스 요인의 매개효과를 중심으로

In this study, to determine the effect of performance by business incubator manager on the service level and management performance by new business, the survey of 215 businesses at 50 business incubator centers over the country was conducted. Through this study, the detailed effect of supportive service to new businesses by a business incubator was determined to improve the supportive service system by business incubator, and practical solution to improve management performance by new businesses was suggested. As a result of study, with respect to the effect of performance by business incubator manager on management performance by new businesses, management supportive service and technical support service among provided services revealed significant effect from partial medium effect, and the components of physical support service did not reveal any direct effect on management performance by new businesses. This confirms that the business incubator shall concentrate on management support service and technical support service for new businesses to improve management performance and successful new business activities, leading the conclusion that ensuring of excellent technology and establishing systematic management system for new businesses are key elements for successful business. Therefore, for successful new businesses, the business incubator shall offer various supportive programs and supports for management support service and technological support service.
