연령대에 따른 재판이혼소송 중에 있는 부부의 이혼 원인에 관한 분석

This study focuses on the cause of the couple's divorce according to ages. It aims to provide the basic data about the various reasons for divorce. Qualitative analysis was used as the research method for this purpose. The subjects are 28 couples at first marriage in the process of filing for divorce. The data for analysis was collected from the petitions for divorce. This study used twelve categories from major proceeding research as follows. ‘Inevitable marriage’, ‘Economic conflict’, ‘Behavioral problems due to alcohol’, ‘Violent behavior’, ‘Conflict with the family of origin’, ‘Maladaptive behaviors to lifestyle change’, ‘Dysfunctional communication’, ‘Creating conflict’, ‘Sexual conflict’, ‘The conflict to divorce decision’, ‘Cut off the relationship with the spouse’, ‘Conflict on parenting.’ The major findings of this study include the following: First, in the 20s group, a small number of categories were showed, and ‘out their mistakes’ appeared at this group uniquely. Second, in the 30s group, categories related the family of origin or sexual conflict showed frequently. Third, in the 40s group, categories related violent behavior showed frequently. Finally, in the 50s group, a variety of categories appeared with long years of married life, and the number of case ‘inevitable marriage due to pregnancy’ stand out conspicuously.
