중등단계 직업교육에서의 발명·지식재산 교육 내용 선정 및 조직 연구
A Study on Selection and Organization of Educational Contents of Invention·intellectual property in secondary Vocational Education

초록
본 연구의 목적은 중등단계 직업교육에서 체계적인 발명․지식재산 교육이 이루어지기 위해서 필요한 교육 내용을 선정 및 조직하여, 국가수준 교육과정 개발에 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 문헌 연구를 토대로 중등단계 직업교육에서 발명․지식재산 교육 내용 및 학습 요소를 선정하고 조직하여 초안을 작성하고,이를 전문가 협의회를 통해서 타당성을 검증하여 최종안을 제안하였다. 전문가 협의회는 발명․지식재산 교육관련 교원 3명, 연구원(교수 포함) 2명, 지식재산 실무 담당자(변리사) 1명으로 구성되었다. 본 연구를 통해서 얻어진 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌 연구를 통해서 제시된 중등단계 직업교육에서의 발명․지식재산 교육내용 선정 및 조직 초안은 9개 교과목과 39개의 교육 내용을 제시하였다. 제시한 초안에 대한 타당도 분석 결과 평균 4.4로 전반적으로 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 전문가 협의회를 통해서 수정 및 추가된 의견으로는 총 30건으로 변경 5건, 수정 20건,추가 5건이 있었다. 둘째, 교과목별 교육 내용의 학습 요소 타당도 분석 결과 전반적으로 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 교과목별 타당도 평균은 발명기초 4.4, 발명․특허 일반 4.5, 발명과 문제 해결 4.3, 지식재산 일반 4.5, 발명과 디자인 4.6, 특허명세서 4.4, 특허 정보 4.4,특허 도면 4.5, 특허와 창업 4.5이었다. 셋째, 중등단계 직업교육에서의 발명․지식재산 교육 내용 최종안은 8개의 교과목과 40개의 교육 내용으로 선정 및 조직 되었다. 최종 제안된 교과목은 발명 기초,발명․특허 일반, 발명과 문제 해결, 지식재산 일반, 발명과 디자인, 특허명세서, 특허 정보, 특허와 창업이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to select and organize educational contents needed toachieve systematic education of Invention․intellectual property in secondary vocationaleducation and ultimately to provide basic data for development of national-levelcurriculum. For this, the study, based on literature research, selected and organizededucational contents of Invention․intellectual property and learning elements insecondary vocational education, which served as the first draft. Then, the study verifiedits validity through experts' meeting and prepared its final draft. The experts' meetingcomprized three teachers engaged in education of Invention․intellectual property, tworesearchers (including a professor) and one person in charge of intellectual property. This study had following findings. First, the first draft of selection and organization of educational contents of Invention․intellectual property in secondary vocational education as per the literature researchsuggested nine subject and 39 educational contents. The result of validity analysis forthe suggested first draft turned out to be generally valid at 4.4 on average. Opinionsmodified and added by the experts' meeting were 30 in total with 5 altered, 20modified and 5 added. Second, the result of validity analysis of learning elements in educational contents bythe subject turned out to be generally valid. Average validity by the subject wasrevealed as Basics of invention 4.4, General invention/patent 4.5, Invention & problemsolving 4.3, General intellectual property 4.5, Invention & design 4.6, Particulars ofpatents 4.4, Patent drawings 4.5, Patent & own business 4.5. Third, the final draft of educational contents of Invention․intellectual property insecondary vocational education selected and organized eight subjects and 40 educationalcontents. The finally-suggested subjects included Basics of invention, Generalinvention/patent, Invention & problem solving, General intellectual property, Invention & design, Particulars of patents, Patent information, Patent & own business.
