기혼 근로자를 대상으로 근본적 재해원인 인자를 통하여 재래형 사고 예방을 위한 교육적 방안

The fundamental cause factors of industrial accidents are an unsafe acts and an unsafe conditions. Accordingly, industrial accident prevention in Korea should perform fundamental and systematic analysis by fundamental cause factors that induce traditional accidents such as falls, slips and strictures. Therefore, this paper develops the cause and effect model through statistical testing with the fundamental cause factors in order to minimize traditional accidents for the married workers in manufacturing industry, construction industry, and service industry. Finally, this paper proposes decisive strategies and systematic method through educational policy for fundamental prevention of traditional accidents on the married workers.
