The Evaluation of Work-site Application to the Youth-Leaders Training Program and its Improvement

This study obtains the improvement program of training quality through the evaluation of work-site application to the program of Youth-Leaders Training Center that has been established to foster the qualities and competencies of youth leaders. This study practices firstly to review the evaluation model of training program and the prior-researches about the concept and affecting factors of work-site application evaluation. Second, This analyzes the reality of work-site application evaluation in Youth-Leaders Training Center and Public training institutions. Third, this invents the measurement instruments of work-site application evaluation relevant to the program of Youth-Leaders Training Center and evaluates its programsThe analysis find that the training program of youth leaders gets the higher 4.10 points of work-site application evaluation and that the 20s trainees get the higher academic transitions than the 30s. And these find that the fundamental cause of lower work-site application is come from more organizational aspects of trainees than their personal aspects. Based on the results of the evaluation, the improvement program of youth leader training is that the work-site application evaluation should firstly be introduced in order to ensure the effectiveness of youth leaders training. Second, the measurement indicators of the work-site application relevant to the uniqueness of youth leaders training should be developed. Third, the systematic planning and management of training programs should be acquired for the active learning transfer of training content. Fourth, the training content should be directly related to field work of youth leaders. Finally, the atmosphere of understanding and cooperation with fellow/supervisor of trainees should be provided for promoting work-site application.
