경영자 혁신DNA와 기술혁신

Recently the metaphor approach of DNA of manager’ competencies have beenemergent in organizational innovation field. Based on the logic of Dyer et al.(2011)’sinnovator’s Model, this study tried to investigate relationship between innovationDNA and technology innovation in Korean SMEs context. The empirical results fromthe 110 data of SMEs, we find positive relation between innovation DNA andtechnology innovation in general. It was found that positive impacts on betweendiscovery DNA and both the product innovation and process innovation, but the onlysignificant positive effects between operating DNA and process innovation. Theequilibrium synergy effects of discovery DNA and operating DAN has been found onthe product innovation. Finally, the key genetic factors of discovery DNA on theproduct innovation come from association and networking, but process innovationfrom the mix networking of discovery DNA and implementing of operation DNA.
