니체의 약자의 양심과 주권적 양심에 대한 고찰

최근에 일어난 대형 사고에서 자신이 보호해야 할 많은 학생을 구하지 못하고 먼저 현 장에서 탈출한 선생님이 양심의 가책 때문에 자살을 한 사건이 발생하였다. 그 선생님의 자살과 더불어 그분에게 향하던 차가운 눈빛과 비난의 소리는 금세 연민의 눈빛으로 변했 다. 아마 많은 사람들도 이와 같은 비극적 상황에 부닥치면 양심의 가책을 느낄 것이며 극 단적 선택을 할 수 있다. 그런데 그 양심의 가책은 어디에서 기인한 것일까? 이런 경우 자 살을 통한 사죄라는 선택은 양심의 소리에 충실한 것일까? 다르게 행동할 수 있는 여지는 없었을까? 그것도 양심의 소리에 근거해서 말이다. 본 연구자가 양심의 문제에 관심을 기 울이게 된 출발점은 구체적 현실에서 일어나는 수많은 양심에 기초한 평가와 행위가 그것 이 진정 우리의 삶을 위한 최선의 행위인가, 오히려 양심과 도덕이라는 이름 아래 삶을 왜 곡하고 있지 않은가라는 의문에서이다. 그런 양심과 관련된 다양한 의문에서 출발해 니체 의 약자의 양심 비판과 새로운 주권적(sovereign)양심 이해를 통해 건강한 양심을 살펴보고 자 하는 것이 이 논문의 목적이다.
Abstract
In an accident caused recently, a teacher committed suicide from his guilty conscience because he didn't rescue many students that he must care but he escaped from the accident place earlier than his students. With his suicide, people changed their curse and contempt to sympathy to him. What makes the unconscionable man conscientious? What makes him commit suicide? Many people also may feel guilty when they face with the same situation. But where does the pangs of conscience originated? Is Apology over death faithful to the voice of conscience? Is the choice to apology over death faithful to the voice of conscience in this case? Is there any way to act differently? Says it based on the voice of conscience. It is in question that the researcher is interested in the problem of conscience. The purpose of this paper is to look at the question relating to these conscience resolved by the conscience criticism and new sovereign conscience understanding of Nietzsche. In this paper, the researcher will say that conscience also can be divided into diseased and healthy. The researcher wants to consider what we need to overcome to restore a healthy conscience and what is life that is based on healthy conscience through Nietzsche's philosophy.
