평생교육자의 커뮤니케이션 능력과 강의력 및 셀프리더십이 성인학습자의 자기결정성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of lifelong educators' communication ability, lecture ability and self leadership on adult learners' self-determination. The subjects were 607 adult learners who were over 20 years old. They had a lifelong learning experience in various lifelong education institutes and lifelong education facilities located in D provincial areas. The statistical methods of this study were as follows: frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis. As the results of the study, lifelong educators' communication ability had positive effects on adult learners' self-determination, and it had effects on lecture ability and self leadership. Also lifelong educators' lecture ability and self leadership had positive effects on adult learners' self-determination. There was mediating effect between adult learners' self-determination and lifelong educators' communication ability. These results suggest that the ways of developing lifelong educators' communication ability, lecture ability, self leadership, and adult learners' self-determination are needed. This study is meaningful to develop lifelong learning by providing theoretical and practical implications.
