자원봉사 분야에서 협력적 거버넌스가 조직성과에 미치는 영향연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors influencing relations between collaborative governance and organizational performance in volunteer activities. In order to analyze, I categorize component of collaborative governance as influence factors into governance, administration, organizational autonomy, mutuality, norms and organizational performance into goal achievement, responsiveness, equity, efficiency. Using hierarchical regression analysis as methodology focusing on staffs of volunteer center, Policy implications are suggested as follows. first, to achieving goal needs that participatory making decision, complementarity, differing interests, trust is to be facilitated but reciprocity is to be lessened. second, facilitation of differing interests, trust and reduction of reciprocity is necessary in improving efficiency. third, for equity facilitation of differing interests, trust is strengthened but organizational self-interest, reciprocity should be lessened. fourth, for responsiveness facilitation of differing interests, trust is strengthened like equity, but common rule is lessened differently.
