청년창업자의 셀프리더십이 창업성공 가능성에 미치는 영향: 기업가정신의 매개역할을 중심으로

There might be various factors to raise possibility of start-up success, however the most important point thereof should be the founder’s own capability, who is the subjective of foundation. Therefore, this research investigated intermediary role of entrepreneurship which is shown between youth founder’s self leadership and possibility of start-up success in the viewpoint that which factor among the founder’s capability can raise possibility of start-up success. For this, the researcher statistically analyzed 171 questionnaires which were received from the founder of the corporations in start-up incubation center. As the result of analysis, first, it appeared that self leadership is the leading variable of entrepreneurship. This means that youth founder’s self leadership and entrepreneurship mutually influence positively. Second, entrepreneurship appeared to influence possibility of start-up success positively. This eventually implies that entrepreneurship is the factor to raise possibility of start-up success. Third, entrepreneurship displayed intermediary effect between self leadership, which can be said to be the core of this research, and possibility of start-up success. This way, entrepreneurship not only can raise the possibility of start-up success, but is the medium to intensify the effect of self leadership more for the possibility of start-up success, so that the importance thereof should be deeply recognized. Based on the above findings, this study tried to provide theoretical and empirical implications related to self leadership and entrepreneurship to raise possibility of start-up success.
