초록
본 연구는 정보시스템의 수준과 인적자원들의 BSC에 대한 참여가 BSC의 전략적 관리에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, BSC의 전략적 관리수준이 BSC 활용의 효과성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석대상은 국내 BSC를 도입하고 있는 53개의 기업이며, BSC의 전략적 관리수준은 기업내부 인적자원을 통한 운영관리와 외부이해관계자들의 의견수렴을 통한 관리로서 나누어 분석한다. 연구결과, BSC의 전략실행관리 정도에 유의한 양(＋)의 영향을 미치는 영향변수는 정보시스템의 공유수준과 기업 내 모든 인적자원들의 BSC에 대한 이해와 참여로 분석되었고, 그 중에서도 인적자원의 노력이 BSC의 전략실행관리 수준에 절대적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 BSC의 구조화에 영향을 미치는 변수는 정보시스템의 역량 그리고 외부관계자의 정보수렴도에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 최고경영자 및 중간관리자 그리고 사원에 이르기까지 기업 내 모든 인적 자원의 BSC에 대한 이해와 참여가 영향요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 곧 BSC의 도입만이 성공을 보장하는 것이 아니며 BSC의 전략적 운영을 위한 전 조직원의 참여 그 중에서도 부서별 사원의 참여와 이해가 가장 큰 영향을 미치며, 정보시스템의 역량내에서도 정보기술보다는 생산된 정보의 공유가 BSC의 전략적 관리에 더욱 중요하다는 사실을 실증하였다. 또한 BSC 도입 기업은 주요 이해관계자들의 요구정보의 수렴보다는 내부적 전략실행관리의 강화와 BSC의 성숙도 향상을 위해 노력할 때 BSC의 활용성과가 향상된다는 결과를 실증하였다.
Abstract
This study examines the impact of the level of participation of human resources for the BSC and the level of information systems on the strategic management of the BSC, and the strategic management level of the BSC was investigated to see effectiveness of the utilization for the BSC. The subjects of this study are 53 companies BSC adopters in Korea. This study classifies the level of the BSC in a strategic management as efforts of the internal operations and opinions of external party concerned and then analyzes how information systems levels and participation of human resources for the BSC affect the strategic management of BSC and how the strategic management of BSC affect effectiveness of the utilization for the BSC. The results are as follows. The impact of significantly positive impact on strategy execution management were analyzed on the level of sharing information system and participation of all levels of corporate human resources. In particular, the contribution of human resources was found on an absolute impact on strategy execution management level of BSC. In addition, the variable that influences the structure of the BSC was capability of the information system. And the variables that influence the opinions of the BSC external stakeholders were analyzed to understand the BSC of all human resources within the organization. It was analyzed that the participation and understanding of departmental staff for the BSC have the greatest impact on the strategic management of BSC. Sharing of information rather than the production capacity of the system is more important to the strategic management of the BSC.
