AHP를 이용한 커피교육 커리큘럼의 상대적 중요도: 커피전문점 창업자를 중심으로
A Study on Relative Importance of Coffee Education Curriculum using AHP: Focused on Coffee House Entrepreneur

This study aims to review the current coffee curriculum on its effectiveness and to propose a coffee education curriculum that can meet trainees‘ educational purpose. To accomplish the purpose of this study, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) has been built to analyze and prioritize the importance of each curriculum. The result of the analysis revealed that the coffee house owners prioritize the importance of curriculums in the orders of 'Espresso Extract', 'Coffee Menu', 'Roasting and Blending', 'Cupping', 'Coffee Basic' and 'Latte Art' in primary hierarchy. In secondary hierarchy, composed of 19 subordinated curriculums, 'Espresso Extract', 'Espresso Basic Menu', 'Hand Drip', 'Roasting Machine' and 'Roasting Technique' held of higher importance. Through the result of this study, education organizations are recommended to reorganize their curriculums and to allocate education time in accordance with the relative importance of the curriculums presented in the study.
