한국어 신어의 교육 방안 고찰 - 2014년 신어의 파생어를 대상으로 -

A Study of the Education Method of the Korean Neologism - Focused on Derivative Words of Neologism in 2014 -

초록

The purpose of this article is to seek the way that the Korean learners study neologism that focused on derivative words. Neologism is a good target that could increase the motivation of learners and is showed social and cultural phenomena of modern society as well. The brief of this study is same as below. First, there is need to teach neologism to Korean learners because neologism is essential to communicate in modern society. This article is focused on derivative words of neologism in 2014 because derivative words are good for vocabulary expansion. Second, there is a lot of compound words compare with simple words overwhelmingly in Korean neologism of 2014. Especially, the derivative words take 25.2% of whole neologism. It is not very low proportion. Third, it is suggested teaching method of neologism that focused on derivative words. It is laid the process of teaching-learning of neologism out and suggested the specific teaching methods in the first place. The specific teaching methods are the way to find neologism in a text, to classify neologism as derivational affixes, to find a word that related neologism, to make new words that is similar structure of neologism, to compare with the learners’ languages. This process is possible to systematize organizationally and it contains Korean linguistic meaning. The ways are good for Korean structural, semantic, cultural approaching of korean neologism. It should apply and organize derivative words teaching methods of neologism as well as specific teaching methods of compound words of neologism in the future.
