공공 공간의 화예디자인 분석을 통한 환경 디자인 제안 - 국내 공원과 광장 사례를 중심으로 -

Along with the rising of urbanization and various environmental problems, the space, which has environmental elements, are having the limelight. Also, to provide space and design convenience to people in public places, e.g. park, square, etc., became a very important factor. Nevertheless, utilization of environmental elements in public space is not only insufficient, but particularly, environment design using floral art design is still monotonous. Hereupon, this research aimed at suggesting environment design utilizing floral art design by analyzing domestic example of floral art design, focusing on public spaces, above all, park and square. This research composed related document and expert group, selected floral art design of domestic park and square, and analyzed by dividing into shape and color elements among design elements. As the analysis result, it was confirmed that floral art design elements of public spaces, represented by domestic park and square, were insufficient, also, the shape and color thereof were monotonous. Henceforth, public spaces, represented by domestic park and square, will utilize floral art design elements widely, therefore, environment design, which improves urban environment and enables the public spaces to perform their own role, should be considered.
