중간재투입과 산업네트워크구조변화

초록
본 연구는 한 나라의 경제활동에서 산업중간재투입과 산업네트워크구조변화를 설명할 수 있는 이론적 산업연결분포모형을 제시하고, 2000년부터 2010년도의 중간재비중증가에 따른 산업구조변화를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 간결한 이론적 모형에서 도출된 명제를 검정하기 위하여 우리나라 2000년, 2005년과 2010년도 투입산출표를 이용한 산업네트워크분석을 실증적으로 수행하고, 이 분석결과에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 실증적 분석결과에 따르면, 먼저 우리나라 산업들 사이에서 네트워크연결구조가 파레토분포를 나타났다. 둘째, 이론적 모형에서 살펴 본 다른 산업의 중간재투입 즉 산업사이에 생산물교환이 증가할수록 파레토분포를 결정하는 특성인자 는 증가하게 되며, 이 결과로 인하여 산업네트워크구조는 더욱 임의적 구조로 변화한다는 산업연결분포에 대한 이론적 예측에 반하여, 우리나라의 산업네트워크구조는 한 산업의 생산물을 집중적으로 사용하는 산업네트워크구조로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 실증분석결과는 우리나라 산업의 수직적 결합과 수평적 결합정도에 대한 중요한 정책시사점을 제공한다.
Abstract
We study the understanding and characteristics of increasing intermediated inputs in input-output economy. In this study, we show the theoretical model related with increasing intermediated product among industries. Using 2000, 2005 and 2010 input output tables, we examine the power law distribution and compare the statistical difference during the decade. Our empirical results is to show that first, Korea economy has experienced the decrease of pareto distribution exponents. Second, contrasting to theoretical prediction, the decrease of exponents has resulted from increase of network edges so that industry structure amy be concentrated on each other. Those empirical results suggest economy structure may be fragile to exogenous shocks.
