청년창업가의 역량이 창업성과에 미치는 영향: 창업사전준비의 조절효과를 중심으로

In order to collect data, a questionnaire survey of 600 young entrepreneurs who did the registration of entrepreneur was carried out, and 412 responses were collected. The reliability and validity of variables were examined with all independent and dependent variables. This study investigates how youth entrepreneurs’ competence can affect on the entrepreneurial performance through entrepreneurial behavior. In other words, we investigate the intial stage in which characteristics of competence influence on the discovering the opportunity and on launching the new business, and provide an insightful implication of how young entrepreneur successfully accomplish the new business. we analyze the influence of characteristic of young people on the discovering business opportunity and practicing startup in the behavioral stage. This suggests that properties of entrepreneurs capability does not affect directly to the performance but through the discovering an opportunity and implementing business. Implementing the new business is linked with the success of the business but both should be regarded separately and we verify the distinction in our empirical result. Entrepreneurial activity should be implemented through discovering opportunities and serious searching for business value to become a successful business. The government should focus on our result to boost economic and to encourage young people to build a sound enterprise.
