우리나라 중등교원 양성체제 개편에 관한 정책적 고찰

There are the mental and physical differences between Middle school and high school students. Also there is a need to differentiate the direction and purpose of education. We need to reform the teacher training system in order to distinguish between middle school and high school education. The qualifications of the current single 'middle school teacher' can dual qualifications such as middle school teacher(middle school), and high school teacher(high school). Important issue of a middle school teacher education systems is the lack of professionalism of educational and the content difference between the College of Education of Universities and Graduate School of Education. In addition, the lack of teacher training institutions neglect of quality management, the unfairness of assessment of teacher training courses in certification, and thus for the insufficiency of the sanctions. Furthermore, the emissions exceed the teacher's credential holders would result in an imbalance between demand and supply of teachers. Korean teacher training system should be improved as follows: First, teachers should provide positive reinforcement methods and practical skills with a personality and a sense of duty. Second, we need to reorganize into a new middle school teacher training institutions. Third, to strengthen the middle school, middle school teacher(middle school), and high school teacher(high school), shall review the qualifications of such a dual propulsion.
