In foreign countries, Multiple share and fractional share are permitted through the corporation law or the regulations of listed company. Especially, a dual class share of America is admitted through the corporation law and LISTED COMPANY MANUAL of NYSE. It is much issued. For example, googleㆍfacebookㆍFord Motor CompanyㆍBerkshire HathawayㆍZyngaㆍGroupon issued a multiple share. Also, the corporation of non-U.S. listed a multiple share on NYSE. For example, alibaba, Manchester United listed a dual class share on NYSE. In Korea, the corporation can not use a multiple share and fractional share. Therefore, the corporation has difficulty in keeping the control of a company. I think that venture company, medium and small firm, mid-sized firm must issue a multiple share and fractional share.
