기술·조직·개인 특성요인이 해군 장비정비정보시스템 전유와 사용자만족에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of appropriation and user satisfaction of the Defense Logistics Integrated Information System(DELIIS) used for the Korean Navy and identify the effect of appropriation and user satisfaction on individual performance. Using an integrated model of IS Success Model and Adaptive Structuration Theory, this study considers technological factors(system extensibility, logistics flow visibility), an organization factor(supervisor support), and an individual factor(system selfefficacy) as the determinants of explaining appropriation and user satisfaction. Also, we hypothesize appropriation and user satisfaction lead to individual performance. Survey results show that the effect of system extensibility, supervisor support, and system self-efficacy is significant on appropriation. Also, the influence of system extensibility, logistics flow visibility, and supervisor support on user satisfaction is significant. Appropriation increases user satisfaction and both appropriation and user satisfaction enhance individual performance. Theoretically, our study suggests an integrated model of explaining the determinants of appropriation and user satisfaction and the effect of these factors on individual performance. This study also has practical implication on how organizational managers intervene employees' DELIIS usage in order to increase their use and performance.
