중국 예비 '촹커(創客)'의 개인적 특성과 창업환경특성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -해외경력의 조절효과를 중심으로

After the reform and opening up, Small and Medium sized Enterprises(SMEs) have become an important force to promote economic development and job enlargement. With a burgeoning population, especially well-educated people, there appears difficulties for colleges students to seek jobs. Therefore, being-employed is an important way to solve the problem. As the engine of economic growth, entrepreneurial activities have already been a focus from all countries in the world, and entrepreneurship research is also a hot field integrated with other fields. Based on the precious study, this paper attempted to examine the relationship between individual characteristic, start-up environment as independent variables and entrepreneurial intention as dependent variable by investigating Chinese potential entrepreneurs with overseas experience as a moderating variable. Besides, in order to compare the differences about independent variables consisting of individual and start-up environment between potential entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs, the paper attempted to do the same questionnaire to those people who have already started a business. The results of analysis showed that proactive personality, achievement need and risk sensitivity which belong to individual characteristics, market environment, cognitive environment in entrepreneurship environment have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, but the material pursuit, financing environment and policy environment have no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Besides, overseas experience has a moderating effect to proactive personality, risk sensitivity and market environment of Chinese potential entrepreneurs which means potential entrepreneurs who have overseas experience will be more carefully at an initial stage of entrepreneurship.
