CSR 수행을 위한 의사결정에 근로자 참여가 미치는 영향:노사관계의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구는 경제성장 둔화로 어려워진 경영 환경 속에서 지속가능경영 수단으로 대두되고 있는 CSR 수행의 전략적 의사결정 과정을 게임이론에 근거하여 살펴보았다. 특히 내부 이해관계자인 근로자를 대상으로 한 CSR 수행 여부가 소유와 경영의 분리 및 근로자 의사결정 참여 정도에 따라 상이할 수 있다는 기존 연구들을 토대로 노사관계를 조절변수로 첨부하고, 각 변수들과의 상호작용이 CSR 수행을 위한 의사결정에 영향을 미치는지 실증하였다. 종속변수의 특성에 부합하여 이분형 로짓 분석을 실시한 결과, 기존 연구와 마찬가지로 선택된 설명변수들이 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 그러나 협력적 노사관계를 조절변수로 첨부하여 그 상호작용을 살펴본 결과, 근로자 의사결정 참여 확대와의 관계에서만 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이는 근로자의 의사결정 참여 확대 시 책임감이 증대되어 최선의 경영성과를 얻고자 협력적 태도를 취한다는 김완진(2005)의 견해와 상통하는 것으로 CSR 수행 여부의 의사결정 과정에서도 최선의 결과 도출을 위해 협력적 노사관계가 반영됨을 보여주었다. 본 연구 결과를 확장하면 기업은 경영전략 수립 시에 근로자의 의사결정 참여를 독려함으로써 책임감 고취는 물론 협력적 노사관계를 유인하는 전략적 선택을 할 필요성이 있음을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the decision-making process of CSR under the idea of Game Theory. Specifically, this study conducts an empirical analysis for labor-management relationship in the process of decision-making by moderating role into carrying out CSR. The corporate tends to perform CSR for management stabilization, which helps to control both the operating risk and the financial risk. From the perspective of game theory, undertaking CSR is the optimal strategy for internal stakeholder. A company will choose a low-cost way to get more profits, under corporate governance structure. At the same time, employees will insist on performing CSR to maintain better working conditions. There were made game between employees and manager. Under the sub-game perfect equilibrium, it had been seen that the boundary of decision making was converged through a sequence of processing. Ultimately, this study found some important elements for the decision making process : traits of managers, employees, and inter-relationship between them.
