초록
The purpose of this study was to identify the causal relationship among physical self-efficacy, prosocial behavior, personal and social responsibility development in youth sports participants. Subjects participating in youth sports club in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions 5, 6, 7grade students was 617 people. Survey tools were demographic background items, physical self-efficacy, prosocial behavior, personal and social responsibility development measures. Data analysis was a descriptive statistical analysis, internal consistency coefficient, exploratory factor analysis, MANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, the participating groups, and high physical self-efficacy and a frequent prosocial behavior than non-participating groups, showed a high sense of responsibility development. Second, it was confirmed that there is a causal relationship between the physical self-efficacy and pro-social behaviors. Third, the physical self-efficacy showed that the sub-factors and causal relationship between the responsible development measures. Fourth, responsible development has been identified as a high causal relationship with subscales of prosocial behavior. In addition, we discussed the benefits of youth sports and the role of youth sport participation.

Fourth, responsible development has been identified as a high causal relationship with subscales of prosocial behavior. In addition, we discussed the benefits of youth sports and the role of youth sport participation.
