청년층 직업지도 프로그램 참가자의 만족도와효과성에 관한 연구

고학력 청년실업이 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있는 요즘 극심한 대졸 취업난이계속되고 있지만 많은 대학생들이 자신의 진로를 설정하지 못하고 있으며 직업세계에 대한 기본인식이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 현실을 감안하여 대학생들의 직업진로지도 서비스의 질적 제고 및 효과증진의 중요성을 인식시키고, 그동안 한국고용정보원에서 대학생들의진로설정 및 취업활동에 도움을 주기위해 실시하고 있는 청년층 직업지도 프로그램(CAP+) 운영을 바탕으로 교육 참가자들의 프로그램 내용 만족도와 그 효과성을 분석하여 진로와 직업선택 문제로 고민하는 학생들에게 효율적인 진로지도 서비스를 지원하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 학생들의 직업세계에 대한 이해, 자신의 적성과 흥미 파악 필요성에 대한인식 재고 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 둘째, 직업지도 프로그램 내용의 만족도 제고를 위한 수정보완이 요구된다. 셋째, 대학 내에서 직업지도프로그램에 대한 보다적극적인 홍보방안이 마련되어야 한다. 넷째, 대학생이나 졸업생이 직업지도 프로그램에 자발적인 참가를 촉진할 수 있는 실천적인 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 다섯째, 자기주도적인 진로목표 달성을 할 수 있는 커리어 로드맵 개발 및 컨설팅이이루어져야 한다. 끝으로 직업지도 프로그램 이수자에 대한 사후 관리가 이루어져야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to provide the students who are concerned about their careers and career choice problems with effective career assistance services. The research is based on the Career Assistance Program Plus(CAP+) which Korea Employment Information Service carries out in order to help college students plan their career paths. The results of this research are as follow. First, there should be a plan for students to raise awareness on understanding of the work world and the necessity of recognizing their aptitudes and interests. Second, modification and supplementation of CAP+ are required to increase satisfaction. Third, it is demanded to draw more active promotional plans of CAP+ in college. Fourth, there should be a practical solution to encourage for undergraduates and graduates to voluntarily participate in CAP+. Fifth, the development of road map and the consulting are needed to enable students to achieve their self-initiated career goals. Finally, follow-up services should be offered to students who completed CAP+.
