이러닝 교수설계자의 역량 강화를 위한교육철학적 관점에 따른 이러닝 교수-학습 모형 개발

The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching & learning model in e-learning by educational philosophical perspective to improve e-learning instructional designer's competency through suggestion of creative and various teaching & learning methods and strategies of e-learning contents. Educational philosophical perspectives are divided into objectivism based on a past education and constructivism rising in a current education. Constructivism consists of personal constructivism, personal & social constructivism and social constructivism. According to this classification, we propose a teaching & learning model that includes tutorial and drill & practice in aspect of objectivism perspective, a teaching & learning model that includes Resource Based Learning, Simulation, educational game and Goal Based Scenario in aspect of personal constructivism, a teaching & learning model that includes Case Based Learning and Problem/Project Based Learning in aspect of personal & social constructivism perspective, and a teaching & learning model that includes discussion in aspect of social constructivism perspective, respectively. E-learning instructional designer can improve the quality of e-learing contents thorough more creative instructional design by application of a suggested model in this study.
