지역신생구단에 대한 지역 발전기대효과, 지역주민의 협력의사, 참여행동 간에 관계 검증 -수원시민과 KT위즈파크 관람객을 중심으로-

This study has its purpose on suggesting a model to make positive relationship with local people by figuring out the relation between regional development expectation effects, cooperative intents and Participation Behaviors in local people through holding The New Franchise Team Building. The subject of this study consisted of 296 local people, SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were used in data processing, and through verifying the cause and effect model, the following results were derived. The results are as follows: First, the factors of socio-cultur,e physical environment, and integration for local people had significant influence on local people’s cooperative intents. Secondly, local people’s cooperative intents had significant influence on local people’s Participation Behaviors. Thirdly, the factors of socio-culture, physical environment, and integration for local people had significant influence on local people’s Participation Behaviors.
