린 스타트업 기반 창업기회 발굴을 위한 서비스디자인 프로세스에 관한 연구

Recently, It is the problem that has been continued without employment growth. As growing the rate of unemployment is to challenges, it has become the core for the creative economy to create new business items based on creative ideas so that overcome the lock-in of low growth. In such flows to respond to rapidly changing market conditions, it is getting important to develop the business model with lean process. It has been needed to study on the successful and sustainable ecosystem of startup. Therefore this study is aimed to develop a framework with business and service design processes together that can provide seeds for startup and social value. Particularly, it is focused on the pre-seed stage with design thinking that guides process of the frame. Using the standard of basic commercialization step such as ‘analyze-design-process' and also I conducted mapping the double-diamond process. This can repeat the process of discovery for start-up opportunity beyond the simple product development and also consider the overall process. Through these structured and visualized guidelines for use by process of services design, I verified of the scalability that has utilized service design as possible with variety. Based on strategies of this derived, intangible services business can be more visualized indicator. It will contribute to expert use of the process and improving the design service. The future research includes compensating the borders of framework by a variety of cases through the application and proving the feasibility. So it will set up the process for service of the successful business strategies.
