중소기업에서 기술기반역량 · 실행역량 · 사업화역량이 기술성과 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 국내 중소기업을 대상으로 기술혁신역량과 기술사업화 역량이 기술성과와 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구해 보고자 하였다. 기술혁신역량은 기술기반역량과 기술실행역량으로분리하고, 기술기반역량이 기술실행역량에 미치는 영향, 기술기반역량과 기술실행역량이 기술사업화역량에 미치는 영향에 대해 검증하였다. 또한 기술사업화역량이 기술성과와 경영성과에 미치는 영향 및 기술성과가 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 실증분석결과 모든 변수들의 관계가 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 또한분석결과 흥미로운 것은 이들 변수들 간의 영향은, 기술기반역량 -> 기술실행역량 -> 기술사업화역량 -> 기술성과 -> 경영성과의 방향으로 큰 흐름이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를토대로 기업에서 기술혁신실행을 통해 경영성과를 거두기 위해 어떠한 단계의 실행이 필요한가에대한 시사점을 제시하여 줄 수 있고, 기업에서의 기술혁신은 기술과 직접관계 되는 실행뿐만 아니라 조직의 학습역량과 같은 기본적인 역량이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.
Abstract
The objective of this research is to study relationship between innovation capability and technological Performance performance & business performance. Through an literature review, the study identifies technological support capability, technological functional capability, technology commercialization capability as technological innovation capability. Specifically, technological support capabilities are R&D· learning capability and technological functional capabilities are strategic planning · manufacturing marketing organizing resource capability Structural equation modeling is used to analyze the 235 data. Empirical results suggest that technological support capability have direct effects on technological functional capability, technology commercialization capability and also technology commercialization capability have direct effects on technological performance & business performance. 5 hypothesis are supported all. As a result of modeling, we found that strong linkage exists between innovation capability and performance. The linkage is technological support capability -> technological functional capability -> technology commercialization capability -> technological performance -> business performance.
