본 연구는 호텔 종사자의 체면민감성이 직무만족 및 보상에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 분석해 호텔 종사자의 핵심역량인 인적자원의 중요성을 기반으로 하여 체면민감성이 직무만족 및 보상에 미치는 영향에 관한 관련성을 검증함으로써 회사에서의 느끼는 불만, 고통, 스트레스 등을 통하여 얼마나많은 직무 만족과 보상이 주어져 오는지 등을 조사해 앞으로의 조직구성원들의 효율적인 인적자료를파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 체계적인 문헌연구를 통해 체면 민감성, 직무만족 그리고 보상에 관한 선행연구를 검토하였으며, 이러한 선행연구 고찰을 통해 연구 모형의 가설과 그에 따른 가설을 도출하고 설정하였다. 가설검증을 위해 국내 특급 호텔 서울 및 인천지역 호텔 종사자를 하여금 직접 작성하는 자기기입법을 사용하였으며, 본 조사에 배포된 설문지는 총420부를 배포하였는데, 최종 사용된 설문지는 365부이다. 이로부터 얻어진 자료는 구조 모형 모델분석과 다중 집단 분석을 통해 측정 개념들 간의 관련성을 검증하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to understand the efficient human resource materials of organization members in the future by investigating the amount of job satisfaction and reward provided through dissatisfaction, distress, and stress felt at work. This study aims to verify the relevance of the impact of social face sensitivity over job satisfaction and rewards, based on the importance of human ,which is the core competence of hotel employees. In order to achieve this research objective, preceding research on social face sensitivity, job satisfaction, and rewards were examined through systematic literature review, and the hypothesis of research model and relevant hypotheses were deducted and established through the literature review. A self-administered survey, which is a method requiring respondents to directly fill-in responses, was conducted using a study population of hotel employees in the Seoul and Incheon area, who work at luxury hotels. In order to verify the hypotheses, a total of 420 surveys were distributed, from which a total of 365 surveys were ultimately used. The data obtained from the survey was used for verifying the relevance between the measurement concepts through structural model analysis and multiple group analysis.
