모바일 기기 몰입수준에 따른 모바일 핀테크 서비스 수용의 외부영향 요인에 대한 연구

Fin-tech is conceptually defined as a new type of financial service which is combined with IT technology and other financial services like remittance, payment, asset management and so on. Fin-tech has an enormous influence on consumer finance and finance market. But In Korea, due to regulation on nonfinancial companies doing financial business, their encroaching speed is quite low. This study analyzes user's acceptance of mobile fintech service to define the factors that external influences on the PU and PEOU. The findings are follows. First, The level of mobile device immersion lets the process of fintech service customer's technology acceptance formation differ. Second, interactive factor and outcome quality have significant influence on PU and PEOU of mobile fintech application. Third, In lower level group of immersion, it is confirmed that outcome system quality factor more influence on PU and PEOU, whereas in higher level group of immersion showed system's interactive factor more influence on PU and PEOU. Fourth, though this study, the technology acceptance paradigm can be extended in fintech service.
