특성화고 · 마이스터고 학생의 직무발명능력 함양을 위한 교육 요소 추출 연구
A Study on Extraction of Educational Element for Employee's Invention Capability in Vocational High School and Meister High School Students

본 연구에서는 특성화고·마이스터고에서 직무발명능력을 향상시키기 위한교육 영역과 그에 따른 하위 요소들을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 문헌고찰을 통해 직무관련 발명 능력에 대한 13개 대영역, 45개의 중영역과 132개교육 요소와 직업기초능력과 관련된 8개 대영역, 21개 중역역과 49개 교육 요소를 도출하였다. 도출된 교육 요소는 2회에 걸친 전문가 검토를 통해 수정·보완하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고·마이스터고에서 직무발명능력을 함양시키기 위한 교육영역으로 10개의 영역이 도출되었다. 각 영역은 ‘발명의 이해’, ‘창의성 이해와 창의적 직무 활동’, ‘직무 관련 문제 인식’, ‘직무 관련 문제해결과 발명 활동’, ‘발명융합지식’, ‘발명과 창업’, ‘직무 관련 지식재산의 이해’, ‘직무 관련 특허정보조사 및 분석’, ‘직무 관련 특허 출원’, ‘직무 발명 관련 직업기초능력’으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무발명능력을 함양시키기 위한 세부 교육 요소는 104개로 각각 36개의 중영역으로 묶여진다. ‘발명의 이해’는 2개의 중영역과 6개의 세부 교육 요소로 나타났으며, ‘창의성 이해와 창의적 직무 활동’은 2개의 중영역과 4개의세부 교육 요소로 나타났다. ‘직무 관련 문제 인식’은 3개의 중영역과 8개의 세부 교육 요소로 나타났으며, ‘직무 관련 문제해결과 발명 활동’은 8개의 중영역과 21개의 세부 교육 요소로 나타났다. ‘발명융합지식’은 3개의 중영역과 12개의 세부 교육 요소로 나타났으며, '발명과 창업'은 5개 중영역과 12개의 세부교육요소로 나타났다. '직무 관련 지식재산의 이해'는 2개의 중영역과 7개의 세부 교육 요소로 나타났으며, '직무 관련 특허정보조사 및 분석‘은 3개의 중영역과 7개의 세부 교육 요소로 나타났다. ’직무 관련 특허 출원‘은 3개의 중영역과7개의 세부 교육 요소로 나타났으며, ’직무 발명 관련 직업기초능력‘은 5개의중영역과 20개의 세부 교육 요소로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to draw educational category and the sub-elements so as to improve employee's invention capability in vocational high school and meister high school. To achieve it, through the literature review, 13 big areas, 45 middle areas and 132 educational elements for employee's invention capability and 8 big areas, 21 middle areas and 49 educational elements for occupational basic capability were drawn. Drawn educational elements were revised and supplemented by two times of expert examination. Research results drawn by this study are as follows. First, 10 categories were drawn as educational categories for cultivating employee's invention capability in vocational high school and meister high school. Those categories were 'understanding of invention', 'understanding of creativity and creative job', 'awareness of job related problem', 'solution of job related problem and invention activity', inventional convergence knowledge', 'invention and foundation', 'understanding of job related intellectual property', 'investigation and analysis on job related patent information', 'application of job related patent', 'basic ability of job invention related occupation'. 'Inventional convergence knowledge' includes 3 middle-categories and 12 detailed educational elements, 'invention and foundation' includes 5 middle-categories and 12 detailed educational elements. 'Understanding of job related intellectual property' includes 2 middle-categories and 7 detailed educational elements, 'investigation and analysis on job related patent information' includes 3 middle-categories and 7 detailed educational elements. 'Application of job related patent' includes 3 middle-categories and 7 detailed educational elements and 'basic ability of job invention related occupation' includes 5 middle-categories and 20 detailed educational elements.
